Prior to commencement of the court a 2500 deep open drain intersected the property at the house end of the court effectively dividing the property in a half and providing a haven for blackberries and vermin. The construction project required obtaining approval to install a 900 diameter concrete pipe to enable installation of the tennis court and adjacent landscaped area over the old drain.
